CT2-C001
Description: By combining two semiconductor lasers, light of a variable wavelength is generated. This was difficult to be realized with conventional semiconductor lasers.
Application fields: Since semiconductor lasers are more compact and consume less energy than gas lasers, their anticipated applications include fluorescence microscopes used for DNA analysis in the medical field, light sources for laser TVs in the home appliance, and gas analysis in the environment monitoring.
Name of technology: New wavelength laser

Description: There is a strong demand from the market to achieve dense optical fiber connections at reasonable cost. To meet this demand, this technology facilitates the connection of small optical connectors.
Application fields: This technology can be applied to optical communication devices, and information processing devices (e.g., high-end router) that use high-speed optical data transmission instead of copper wires.
Name of technology: SF Connector Optical Interface for Parallel Optical Modules
CT3-C001
Description: Low voltage booster circuit technology that enables operating devices with single cells, to overcome power reduction problems due to partial shading in use of solar cells.
Application fields: Due to its high efficiency compared with conventional solar cells, it can be used for a wide range of applications including supplying power to household appliances, lighting, and mobile devices. It has potential applications as stand-alone power sources for communications applications and ubiquitous energy systems of the future.
Name of technology: Ultra-low voltage booster circuit control IC technology

Description: Technology that can detect harmful VOCs in living environments simply and with high sensitivity with a micro device that uses micro sensors.
Application fields: Development is expected for applications such as environmental measurement of work areas, major roads with heavy traffic and cities, and items in living environments such as homes, building materials, furniture, etc.
